Jennifer Neitzel - Aspiring Children’s Author

Jennifer Neitzel is excited to announce her debut children’s book, currently in development and anticipated for publication soon. Although not yet published, she has been creating multiple story drafts that blend positivity, encouragement, and meaningful messages designed for today’s young readers and the adults who support them.

“I’ve always believed that books can change the way children see themselves and the world,” Jennifer says. “I’m thrilled to be working on stories that I hope will help kids feel seen, brave, and excited about reading.”

About the Author

Jennifer has spent 33 years as a teacher and administrator in elementary and middle schools within Salem-Keizer Public Schools. Having worked with hundreds of students each day, she is deeply committed to creating uplifting, engaging books that inspire curiosity and confidence in young readers. With several drafts already underway, Jennifer aims to bring joy, wonder, and meaningful messages to schools and libraries. She is currently working with an illustrator and her first children’s book is expected to be released in the near future.
